All Helipix pilots have overall responsibility for the safe flying and operation of the UAV and will operate it within its design capabilities. Due consideration will be taken to the following:  Weather conditions Radio transmitting and receiving conditions Proximity of people and animals CAA Regulations Manned Low level flying Lighting Conditions Structures and Machinery Environmental considerations Privacy and security

The UAV pilot reserves the right to cancel or postpone the flight at any time and either plan the flight for later or arrange an alternative date or location. Should the flight become unsafe or pose an unacceptable risk the pilot will land he UAV as safely and as quickly as possible.
